Detailed Terms

1. Wholesale eligibility

· Wholesale pricing is available to verified local businesses (retail shops, fitness studios, spas, boutiques, health food stores and other approved resellers).

· We may request basic verification (business name, address, and a storefront photo or online presence).

2. Minimum first order

· Minimum first order value: IDR 5,000,000.

· Minimum quantity: 3-5 units per SKU.

· Display sample bonus: Order 10 pcs per SKU and receive a free sample for display.

3. Minimum reorder

· Minimum reorder value: IDR 2,000,000.

4. Minimum quantity per SKU (reorders)

· Minimum quantity per SKU on reorders: 3 pcs per SKU.

5. Payment terms

· 100% upfront payment is required before delivery or pickup for the first order. Re-orders get 7-10 days with approval. 

6. Delivery terms

· The buyer pays 100k for delivery unless the order qualifies for free delivery.

· Free delivery within 15 km for orders IDR 3,000,000 or more.

· Free delivery within 45 km for orders IDR 5,000,000 or more.

7. Resale and pricing policy

· Do not sell below our recommended retail price (RRP).

· No selling on third-party marketplaces (for example: Tokopedia, Shopee) without written approval.
